With branded caller ID displaying as “Unbiased,” this feature ensures your calls are recognized as coming from a trusted source, increasing the likelihood of consumers answering. Currently in trial for US customers, Unbiased Branded Calling makes it easier to have direct conversations, improve engagement, and boost conversions.

Currently, branded calling is in a trial phase for US customers only.
What is Unbiased branded calling?
Unbiased branded calling is a feature that allows advisors to make calls to consumers with a branded caller ID, displaying as “Unbiased” .
This provides a recognized, trusted identity for advisors, making it more likely that consumers will answer the call.
Why should I use Unbiased branded calling?
Calls from unknown numbers often go unanswered, but with Unbiased branded calling, consumers see a familiar and trusted ID.
This feature will help improve call answer rates, leading to more direct conversations between advisors and consumers and potentially more conversions.
How does it work?
To use Unbiased branded calling, follow these simple steps:
- Dial the dedicated Unbiased branded calling number which is displayed in the enquiry details.
- Enter the 5-digit PIN provided in the enquiry details on the Pro App.
- You will be automatically connected to the consumer, ready to start your conversation.
Will calls be recorded?
No, calls will not be recorded. The conversation between you and the consumer will remain private.
What will consumers see?
Instead of displaying as “Unknown” or just a phone number on the consumer’s phone, your call will appear with the ID “Unbiased”, making it clear that the caller is affiliated with Unbiased.
